Pastora Manifesto

Healing is more than learning to function again.

Modern life can leave us increasingly fragmented: pulled between responsibilities, shaped by pressures we cannot always name, and separated from what we know matters most. Pastora is interested in the patient work of noticing what has fallen out of place—and in restoring the capacity to care well for what has been entrusted to us.

The principles we follow in everything we do

Discernment — What truth am I avoiding or unable to see?

Reconciliation — What would it mean to accept and respond to that truth?

Stewardship — How do I now care well for what has been entrusted to me?

The process isn't linear, but here it is…

1

Awareness

In session, we begin by naming what feels out of place, because honest attention is the first act of care.

2

Discernment

We discern what is happening, why it matters, and what a wise response requires.

3

Understanding

We seek the truths and patterns that have been avoided, so life can be lived with greater freedom and clarity.

4

Reconciliation

Repair restores relationship — with truth, with the shape of your life, and with the people entrusted to your care.

5

Renewed capacity

The work is not simply relief. It is greater capacity to act wisely, love faithfully, and carry responsibility without becoming consumed by it. In essence, to steward better.

PASTORA

The work isn't to become someone else. It's to live more truthfully within the life that's yours to tend.

Pastora

Healing. Stewardship. Human flourishing.
